January Wrap-Up
I won’t be posting this weekend because I’ll be going to the Heather Ross weekend workshop in Monterey. :O :O It turns out most everyone attending will be working on clothing, so I might get to try out that whole garment sewing thing sooner than anticipated!
I’m planning to bring Gertie’s book (since she’ll be there as well), my Schoolhouse Tunic pattern, and my quilting stuff, and I’ll see what moves me.
In the meantime, I thought it’d be fun to mosaic up what I’ve been up to this month. Two block of the months, one bee, one challenge quilt, two handstitched projects, and two swap items! Phew! No wonder I felt like I was always a bit behind!
1. Skill Builder BOM – January #2, 2. Skill Builder BOM – January #1, 3. dogwood blossom + floss, 4. madrona road challenge quilt – 48″ x 36″, 5. needle book, 6. wonky crosses, 7. SBAMQG Sew Day, 8. journal cover front, 9. hand-stitching finished!
Now off to pack for Heather Ross weekend! So excited!!
Linking up to Lily’s Quilts fresh sewing day!
