Time is flying by! On one hand, I’m thankful because I’m looking forward to the quarter being over. Teaching takes up a lot of time!
It was a little hard to get into the spirit of things after the retreat, but I did get a few things done this week, but I only have one picture. Eesh, terrible!
Nyan Cat: Yay, the top is done! I bought the backing fabric, so now I just need to baste this sucker. And figure out how I’m going to quilt it. I have the binding figured out though!
Christmas Quilt: The top is finished, but I’m not sure that the recipient doesn’t read the blog (I don’t think he does, but I’m not sure of it), so I can’t show it. Which is okay, because the top might not actually be finished. I might need to add a border to increase the size.
Sew Sew Modern: I got another paper crane done, but NOTHING wanted to line up and I ended up ripping seams so much that I was worried the fabric was going to lose structural integrity. In the end I got it working, but I was frustrated and didn’t take a picture. Sorry!
Mod Pop: Need to face the back of this one. Oof.
April & Kerry’s quilt: Need to find a compromise on this one so it gets done at some point.
NuBees Quilt: Need to do the back. I’m sensing a theme.
Low Volume Improv Wonky Log Cabin Quilt: Didn’t have time to work on this. Real life intervened a lot this week!
EPP blocks: Hopefully I will get back to these this week! I miss working on them.
